1. Tear open the foil pouch and pour into your bathtub with warm water to dissolve & soak for 30 minutes.
2. After bathing, rinse skin with clean warm water, no soap is necessary. Gently towel dry, wrap yourself in a robe or warm blanket to rest for another 30 minutes, and apply moisturizer or Dermatitis Cream (for Psoriasis/Eczema patients) as usual. 

Initial Treatment: Take 2-3 baths per week for the first week. 

Maintenance Program: After the severity of the symptoms subsides, take 1-2 baths per week or as needed.
